Fitness Skills

Planks, Supermans, and the Dish can all help us become physically literate. Don’t you want to be healthy and fit? If your answer is yes, eating unhealthy food and laying on your bed is not a good choice to start. Think of the ABC – Aerobic, Balance, and Core. These are all very important, if your core is not strong it means you can’t swim the butterfly, if your balance is not good dancing can be hard! You will miss a lot of fun things. So start being strong, start working on your ABC’s by following our activities and become physically literate.
