Burpees, plank, runs, sprints, biking, throwing - these all keep your body healthy and your skills sharp, but it really depends on if you can keep doing it. Perseverance is primary in accomplishing your exercises and making sure that you are physically literate! You've got to keep your active participation up to a minimum of an hour a day, it sounds hard, but exercises can be fun!
